12 V / 24 V Speaker Protection PCB Board (30 A, Bare PCB)
This PCB is designed for building a speaker protection circuit that controls speaker connection using a relay based on delay timing and DC fault detection.
Working Voltage:
Input supply: 0 to 12 V AC or 0 to 24 V AC (select relay voltage to match supply)
Example: use 12 V relay with 12 V supply, or 24 V relay with 24 V supply
Current Capacity:
Maximum switching current: up to 30 A (depends on relay used and load conditions)
Supports L90 / H90 type relay (voltage as per configuration)
Protection Features:
Turn-on delay: approximately 1 to 2 seconds to prevent speaker damage from power-on/off transients
DC detection: relay disconnects speakers when DC voltage of approximately 2 V or higher is detected
LED indicators: red and green LEDs for status and fault indication
Board Specifications:
PCB dimensions: 75 mm × 55 mm
Compact layout for amplifier integration
Construction:
Bare PCB (components not included)
Designed for through-hole components
Configuration:
Requires appropriate relay selection (12 V or 24 V) based on supply
Designed to be connected between amplifier output and speaker load
Final performance depends on components used and assembly quality
Intended Use:
Speaker protection in audio amplifier systems
Prevention of speaker damage due to DC offset and switching transients
Suitable for home audio systems, subwoofer amplifiers, and DIY audio projects
