This assembled board is designed to protect speakers by controlling the output connection based on delay timing and DC fault detection.

Working Voltage:

• Input supply: 0 to 12 V AC

Current Capacity:

• Relay switching current: up to 10 A (using standard “sugar cube” relay, depends on relay used)

Protection Features:

• Turn-on delay: approximately 2 to 5 seconds to prevent speaker damage from power-on/off transients
• DC detection: relay remains OFF if DC voltage above approximately 2 V is present at speaker output
• Fault condition prevents relay activation to protect speakers

Channel Support:

• Dual-channel protection for stereo amplifier outputs
• Can be used with mono amplifier configurations

Indicators:

• LED indicators for:
  • Power/OK status
  • Fault condition
