Multiuse Regulated & Unregulated Power Supply Board

This board provides both regulated and unregulated DC outputs for electronic circuits and audio applications.

Regulated Outputs:

• +5 V DC, +12 V DC, -12 V DC
• Maximum output current: up to 1.5 A (combined, depending on load and heat dissipation)
• Regulator ICs used: L7805, L7812, L7912
• Recommended transformer: 12-0-12 VAC, 1 A to 2 A (step-down)

Unregulated Output:

• Maximum DC voltage: up to 50 V DC (no-load condition)
• Maximum current capacity: up to 10 A (depends on transformer rating and load)
• Rectifier: GBU1010 bridge rectifier
• Filter capacitors: 2200 µF / 50 V × 4
• Recommended transformer: up to 30-0-30 VAC (step-down)

Configuration:

• Supports operation using either a single transformer or two separate transformers for regulated and unregulated sections.

Intended Use:

• Power supply for audio amplifier circuits (e.g., subwoofer and multi-channel audio systems)
• Bench power supply for electronics testing and development
• General-purpose DC power source for hobby and DIY electronic projects
